Leadership development programmes are structured initiatives that are commonly aimed at employees identified as future leaders.

About 66% of organisations mandate these programmes for people managers, according to ATD’s research. They have also been provided to executives, directors, and managers for a while.

But ATD’s recent findings revealed that more employers are beginning to offer leadership development to all individual contributors in the workplace.
