Ahlstrom workers launch class action, claim wage shaving and overtime violations

Ahlstrom NA Specialty Solutions LLC, a Connecticut-based manufacturing company with operations in Wisconsin, stands accused of shortchanging its hourly workers by shaving time off their paychecks and failing to properly calculate overtime. The lawsuit, brought by Sean Crawford, a former utility operator at the company’s Kaukauna, Wisconsin facility, claims these practices have been going on for at least three years and have affected a broad group of current and former employees.
