Others said they also value AI tools that can help them compose messages to candidates (30.2%), as well as those that can screen CVs (27%).
“AI tools, including those offered by job boards and recruiting platforms, as well as generative AI solutions, hold potential to help close that communications gap,” the report read.
With more employers adopting AI tools, the report predicts that the use of AI tools to streamline communications will rise.
“And, when employers are responsive to candidates, candidates are more likely to reciprocate the actions, therefore decreasing instances of ghosting,” the report read.
Job boards remain relevant
Job boards remain one of the top avenues connecting employers with jobseekers, with 68.6% of the respondents saying they use these platforms for all or most of their hiring.
